My right heel is complaining. I thought I took a wrong turn today after dropping into Oriflamme Canyon. Cost me 30 minutes. Walked the highest and steepest ridge to date. It was gorgious (pretty too). I've met several hikers along the way. Keep hiking guys/gals!Greybeard
