Rough 2015 Beginning

The 2015 hiker season has begun but not without a couple hiccups.  Brought a upper respiratory infection from Louisville and spent the first week not at 100%.  Ended up seeing a doctor in Robinsville, NC, leaving with 10 days of an antibiotic.  Nevertheless - we are on the mend and out on trail patrol again.
Beautiful snow with a lot of ice trees down across the trail.  Will post pictures soon.  Spring is right around the bend -
