believe it or not, this is a rotted-out tree with the knots still intact. Very unusual!

We enjoyed visiting this area together and we also took a short walk around one of the beautiful lakes.

Such beauty that graces our land
Cathedral Peaks Yosemite NP
We had the best view of this marvel from the trail. Visitors to the park see the beauty but not like you can see it hiking in between the granite boulders.
Flora & Fauna
I enjoy seeing the wildflowers and the majestic trees just as much as the endless spance of valleys from the tops of mountain peaks.
View from the trail
We are just a visitor in the beauty of God's wilderness.
